Wear Resistant Steel Plate AR450 is a type of abrasion resistant steel plates that has a surface hardness of 420-470HB.  It is high-silicon-manganese steel alloy composed of several different elements, such as carbon and boron.  

Its uniqie composition and treatment allow it to provide more surface hardness than AR400 (NM400 China Origin Wear Plates) , while maintaining good ductility, formability and impact resistance.
